Richfield Incorporated has pioneered a modular service package for the restaurant industry. One of our major clients, Panda Restaurant Group, has adopted Richfield's partnering process to meet their stringent construction schedule. We constantly strive to reduce our customer's cost overrun. Working closely with our customer's general contractors to achieve optimal efficiency, we take every opportunity to streamline our client's store construction schedule.

A typical service package consists of the following:

  • We research and develop product concepts and shop drawings to meet our customer's requirements. The template is formatted for production.

  • Utilizing provided architectural drawings, we work side-by-side with our clients to generate purchase orders.

  • A prototype is generated. Further research is done and recommendations for improvements are given.

  • We work closely with our clients' general contractors, thereby controlling shipping costs. In the case of Panda, we customized our shipments in three stages---the template ships within 48 hours; service counters and other main items ship within 15 days; and other items that we keep in stock for our customers are provided within 30 days.

  • Our state-of-the-art Web page provides clients with a means to login and review the status of the project, view purchase orders, monitor acknowledgements, and track open invoices. Clients can also view the electronic inventory of our stocked materials.

  • Drawings and flash presentations are yet another service Richfield provides to clients. Our multimedia designer created the drawings (to the left) for the Panda Restaurant Group.
